This fabulous townhouse consists of a spacious lounge dining area, leading out onto a terrace overlooking the beautiful Mediterranean gardens and pool area. Also on this level there is a modern, fully-equipped kitchen and a cloakroom. On the next floor, there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi and walk-in power shower. The second bedroom has two single beds and a full ensuite bathroom, also with jacuzzi. On the lower level, there is another room with a sofa bed. On the top level, there is a wonderful roof terrace with a built-in barbecue. Views of the gardens, mountains and woodland behind the house can be enjoyed from the comfort of the jacuzzi on the roof. On the northern edge of the town, the complex is nestled at the bottom of the Sierra de las Nieves mountain range and the house offers wonderful views of Marbella´s famous La Concha mountain from the roof terrace.
