You walk through to a spacious lounge/dining room that leads out of the patio doors onto the terrace and private garden area. There are two double bedrooms upstairs, one with a double bed which has a terrace overlooking the pool and gardens, the other with twin beds. The masterbed is upstairs and another small terrace area overlooking the gardens and pool. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The garage is situated underneath the property that is accessed through the basement. All rooms are appointed to a very high standard.

You can access the beach directly from a gate in the gardens. Marbella is under a ten minute drive and Malaga Airport is approximately 45 minutes drive. There are numerous golf courses just a few minutes drive away and the fabulous marina of Puerto Banus just 15 minutes drive. |
