This stunning villa sits on a 2500sqm plot, is set over 4 floors and furnished to a good standard throughout. It has been refurbished but still retains its character and charm. There is a large private pool with roman steps, set within the manicured garden. The pool terrace offers many sun loungers as well as a covered dining area with BBQ, ideal for entertaining. There is a private driveway leading up to the villa and, with the private garden extending around the house, it offers maximum privacy. The covered terraces offer a good choice of dining areas. The large kitchen is fully fitted, and offers an american style fridge freezer amongst many other items. The split level lounge has beautiful wooden beams and many windows, giving it a light and airy feel. There is one bedroom on this level with a double bed, and there is a separate shower room. On the 2nd floor there are 2 further bedrooms each with twin beds, full en-suite bathrooms, and private terraces. One has a TV. The master bedroom on the top floor has a king sized bed, and is accessed through a large dressing area. It has a flat screen TV, sea views and en-suite bathroom.
On the lower ground floor of the villa there is a large play room, which has a single bed. This room opens onto the driveway which offers a children's play area with swings and a slide. There is also a laundry room, and a further storage area with wine fridges. On this level there is also a chapel room, refurbished as a guest bedroom but retaining the beautiful stained glass windows.
The villa offers the finest fixtures and fittings throughout and many mod cons including sky TV on all televisions and wireless internet. The villa sleeps 12 people in total, including one child on the sofa in the TV lounge.
