Accommodation is arranged on two floors, with the upper floor being the main entrance to the house with cloakroom, L-shaped lounge, separate dining room, separate kitchen, and a large covered terrace accessible from the dining room and the lounge.
The master bedroom (double bed) with its en-suite bathroom and own terrace, are also on the upper level.
Marble stairs lead from the lounge into the spacious downstairs area, where the other four bedrooms are located.
All four double-size bedrooms (with double, twin or bunk beds) lead out to a shared terrace which is on the same level as the large pool. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms (one with double bed and one with two singles which can be made up as a double), and the other two bedrooms (one with two bunk beds and two single beds which can be made up as a double, and one with bunk beds comprising a single on top and double futon below) share a marbled bathroom which has a bath and separate shower.
The compact fully-fitted kitchen has a fridge/freezer, 5 burner gas hob, electric oven, and dishwasher, and is conveniently located adjacent to the dining room.
The utility room, with its own sink, is located outside next to the kitchen, and houses the washing machine. There is a clothes drying area adjacent to the utility room.
Next to the swimming pool is a large covered bar area with its own kitchen fitted with units, sink and a fridge. There is also a separate shower room and toilet.
The gardens are extensive, with mature trees, plants and lawns, a huge wooden play-frame suitable for children up to teenage, and a large Wendy house.
Located in a cul-de-sac in a quiet area on the hill leading up towards the beautiful white village of Mijas Pueblo the villa is also within easy walking distance of a famous Valparaiso Italian restaurant and bar, and within a short drive of the beach, as well as all the many amenities the Coast has to offer.
