This luxurious four bedroomed semi-detached villa has been beautifully furnished and enjoys its own private garden and pool overlooking one of the La Cala Golf Courses. There are two large bedroom suites one with a king-size, and the other with a double bed, private terraces overlooking the golf course and en-suite bathrooms with jacuzzi baths, separate walk-in showers and underfloor heating. There are a further two twin bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes, and one also with a terrace. There is a large guest bathroom as well as a cloakroom with a shower on the ground floor. The spacious lounge dining area leads onto the covered terrace and then onto the private garden with pool. The kitchen is modern and fully-equipped with a serving hatch to the living area and direct access to the private garage.
