This beautiful town house is decorated to a high standard and is situated in an exclusive small community overlooking the pool and gardens. There is a lifeguard around the pool area between 11:00 and 19:00, out of these times the pool is available but use is at your own risk. There is also secure underground parking with direct access to the house. This house is ideally located just a few minutes walk to many fantastic resturants and shops, and only 5 mintues walk to the beach. You dont even need a car.The airport of Malaga is 30 minute drive, Marbella town 15 minutes, and the ´fabulous Port of Cabopino is just 5 minutes drive away, with exclusive restaurants and a sandy beach.
