Monda, however, is only a 20 minute drive, on an excellent road, to Marbella and all the attractions of the coast.Puerto Banus, with its designer shops and exclusive restaurants, is another 5 minutes to the west, and the popular tourist town of Fuengirola, twenty minutes to the east. This modern, well appointed villa is on two levels with fantastic views of the mountains and valley. The spacious lounge-diner, well fitted kitchen and a guest bathroom are on the entry level, with the 3 bedrooms and two further bathrooms on the lower level.
All the bedrooms have built in wardrobes and access onto the large, south facing terrace with steps down to the private pool. There is also a furnished terrace on the north side by the front door.
