This lovely townhouse is set on a small, peaceful complex amongst mature, tropical gardens. With the local shops only a 5 minute walk, and the beach a 15 minute walk, YOU DONT EVEN NEED A CAR. There is easy access to the main road on which Estepona is a 10 minute drive, or bus ride, to the west, and San Pedro a 5 minute drive to the east. The bus service goes in both directions regularly throughout the day. You can get the bus to Fuengirola, and then take a bus or train to Malaga airport and the city centre. The must visit towns of Puerto Banús and Marbella, with their designer shops and exclusive restaurants, are a ten minute drive away. Golfers have the Los Flamingos course practically on the doorstep, and beach lovers have only a 15 minute walk to be able to be able to dip their toes in the Mediterranean.
