This excellent property is situated just north of the centre of the lively, prestigious costal resort of Marbella. There is easy access to the shops, bars, restaurants, old historical town, and of course the beach! Puerto Banus is just a short drive away, also easy access to all the towns and facilities along the coast.

This is a charming, very well appointed property with 4 bedrooms, sleeping 10 people very comfortably.
It has a good sized private pool, and a large garden with mature trees and Mediterranean shrubs.
The large kitchen has plenty of cupboard space, and a table for occasional meals.
The large dining/sitting room is light and inviting, and has patio doors leading onto a small covered terrace, or the spacious conservatory, and steps down to the garden and the pool.
The downstairs has one double bedroom, and a separate bathroom.
Upstairs has three bedrooms. The master bedroom is light and airy with a king sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and patio doors to the terrace.
The second bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobe, and a small terrace on the side.
Bedroom 3 has two terraces, twin beds, and a sofa bed for two people.
There is also a good sized upstairs, bathroom.
