Our booking system has been designed to be simple to use. Once you have selected your ideal holiday home, please follow the on-screen instructions that will take you easily through the steps including the steps for payment by credit card.

Once you have booked your holiday home you will be provided with clear instructions on how to collect your keys. This means either going direct to the property where you will be met by the local representative, or going to a key collection point at the local rental company’s office.
Depending on whether you have booked a Novasol property (Spain, France, Italy or Greece) or a HolidayrentalontheWeb holiday home (Costa del Sol, Spain), you will be provided with a telephone number to call both during and outside of office hours in the case of emergency. In the event that a call-out visit is required, a charge may be applied to your holiday account, for example, in the case of lost keys, or guests locked out of the property.
Should you require baby equipment, such as cots and highchairs during your holiday, please send us your request at the time of booking and we will arrange to hire these for you.
If you have a particular need to access the Internet during your stay, we can enquire on your behalf whether a wireless connection is available in your chosen holiday home. For holiday guests staying on the Costa del Sol, Spain, HolidayrentalontheWeb have a number of technology aids available for hire including mobile modems, satellite navigation equipment, and local ‘pay-as-you-go’ mobile phones, as well as a ‘Customer Services’ computer terminal where guests can access their email.
If the property has a washing machine or, indeed, any other appliance, it is there for your use during your stay. You will need to supply your own washing powder, and many local supermarkets now stock a number of internationally-recognised brands.
Should you have to cancel your accommodation please notify us by email immediately. The date of the email shall be deemed to be the date when such notice is received. In the event of cancellation the initial deposit is not refundable. Thereafter, cancellation charges apply in accordance with your Rental Agreement. Normally properties are not available for occupancy before 4pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated before 10am on the day of departure.
Yes, subject to additional services such as these being available through the local rental team, prices can be provided for daily maid services, extra linen, a Welcome Pack of food essentials on arrival, etc. Please submit your request when you are booking or click here for a quote
Novasol holiday homes include pre-arrival cleaning, and the guest pays for post-departure cleaning, laundry and linen hire (unless the guest brings their own linen), and a contribution towards daily electricity consumption.
HolidayrentalontheWeb holiday homes include pre-arrival and post-departure cleaning, laundry and linen hire, a ‘meet and greet’ from a company representative, and all utilities charges (unless specified otherwise on the property details).

Your holiday home rental representative will be able to provide you with details such as the location of local doctor’s surgeries, clinics, etc, as well as the national telephone number for medical emergencies.
Unless you have contracted holiday insurance through another organisation, we recommend that you arrange your own holiday insurance to cover your personal belongings, accidents, and medical emergencies, as well as holiday cancellations.
