Why choose Holidayrentalontheweb for my holiday accommodation?
All the properties on our site are regularly visited by one of our homecare managers, to ensure the property is kept in the best of condition, and that it conforms to the description on the web site. We pride our self in offering you luxury accommodation with modern kitchens and bathrooms. If for some reason the property does not meet this standard the description of the property will reflect the condition. We appreciate that your holiday time is special and as such we will ensure that the accommodation you have chosen offers value for money and reflects the description on the web.

Will I be able to use the washing machine?
If the property has a washing machine or indeed any other equipment it is there for your use. You will require washing powder, we suggest you bring your favorite brand with you. We also arrange for one of our homecare managers to meet with you at an agreed time, to familiarise you with the property and it surroundings.

Do you arrange pick up from the airport?
We can provide you with a chauffeur driven car from Malaga Airport to your holiday home, which you can arrange on the web site.

How do I book and pay for my holiday home?

How do I obtain the keys to my holiday home?

If we are chauffeuring you from the airport to your holiday home then your chauffer will have the keys and any security information. If you are making your own way from the airport then your keys will be sent to your home address by secure delivery. For security the keys will not have an address on them only your booking reference number, the address for your holiday home and details on how to find it will be sent to you by e mail.

How can I contact you when I am on Holiday?
You will be provided with a telephone number to make contact with us during office hours. Should an emergency situation arrive we will provide you with a 24 hour contact number. Should we be called out then a charge will apply to you if it is your fault for example you have lost your keys, or locked yourself out of the property.

Do you provide baby equipment?

Should you require any additional item such as baby equipment, bikes, playstation etc, please email us and we will arrange to hire for you.

Can I cancel my holiday?

Should you have to cancel your accommodation please notify us by email immediately. The date of the email shall be deemed to be the date as to when such notice is received. In the event of cancellation the initial deposit is not refundable. Thereafter, the following cancellation charges will apply:

- More than 42 days

20% of balance of monies paid

- Between 28 – 42 days

50% of balance of monies paid

- Between 14 – 28 days

80% of balance of monies paid

- Less than 14 days

100% of balance of monies paid

What time do I have to vacate my holiday home?

Normally properties are not available for occupancy before 4pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated before 10 am on the day of departure; however we will do or best to accommodate any special requests.

Can I arrange additional maid services?

Yes you can arrange additional maid services and many other services such as a welcome pack of food all from the web site.

What is included in the rental fee?

Your selected accommodation as detailed on HolidayRentalontheweb:
  • In and out cleaning service including a set of clean linen and bathroom
    towels per named guest
  • Electricity, Gas and Water charges
  • A visit from a HomeCare Manager.
  • Need to access the internet? Feel free to come into one of local offices
    where you can check your mail.

What happens if I need a doctor?
In the holiday home is a manual containing useful telephone numbers among which medical numbers are listed.

What insurance do I need?

We recommend that clients arrange their own medical accident and personal property insurance, as well as in respect of deposits and balances in the event of cancellation.
