Rest assured your ‘Easy Access’ Costa del Sol Holiday Home has been Assessed for its Disabled-Friendliness

All holiday homes in our ‘Easy Access’ Collection have been assessed and graded according to their accessibility features for those with mobility issues. Here are the grades used:

Grade E1 - Our most basic disability-friendly properties

• Ideal for families or groups with people with disabilities or restricted mobility
• Not necessarily ground floor property
• May require use of lifts to access property
• Reasonably good access to most property facilities
• One or two steps in and around the property
• Standard un-adapted bathrooms and bedrooms
• Pool not adapted

Grade E2 - Ideal for wheelchair access

• Ground floor properties only, with direct wheelchair access
• Good wheelchair access to the main property facilities
• Wheelchair-friendly ramps in place
• Bathrooms are large enough for wheelchairs to enter and turn, but are not necessarily adapted
• Enough room to manoeuvre a wheelchair around the property and bedroom
• Pool not necessarily adapted

Grade E3 - Full disability-adapted properties

• Ground floor property with direct wheelchair access
• Fully wheelchair adapted with good access throughout the key areas of the property
• Wheelchair-friendly ramps in place
• Bathrooms have been specifically adapted
• Bedrooms have room to manoeuvre a wheelchair and feature some adaption
• Property features disabled pool hoists
